This right here is the best thing I have stumbled across all year. Shawn James is a folk/blues musician and has been working on a shapeshifter trilogy. 'The Wolf' being released this past February, more recently 'The Bear'. I have a strange fascination with bears and if I ever were to encounter one I can fully admit it would probably maul me as I try to hug it. Back on track, 'the Bear' is full of southern blues, with a bunch of soul packed in. It isn't metal, but without this kind of music existing we never would of had metal to begin with. So open your minds and broaden your horizons.
